Was that your reaction to Jeannot? Because a guy with little skill nabbed five draft picks. Canes don't have cap concerns like TB either so the 6m isn't difficult. The two years on his deal actually lines up well for contract decisions in Carolina. Call it first and should be fine as Canes don't need to send money out.
