He’s always hurt, & his contract will be up before we are Cup competitors
And at his age, last thing we should do is think about extending him when the time comes

Rosen was a 1st. The Flyers pick is going to be early 2nd a 1st next year a 4th next year and 2 roster players

He will be 29 when he is a UFA at end of next season. He is exactly what we need. Adams won’t do it but we need his all around play

was always going to need a big overpay for Wilson, even more so now after the Jeannot deal. Jensen isn't just a throw in either, a legitimately good player who should get a good return in his own right. not saying its what wilson is objectively "worth" but what it would take to move him

Actually, he’ll be 30 by the end of next season
And the last- absolute LAST- thing we should do is give a 30+ year old the long term contract he’ll demand
Especially when he’s HURT SO MUCH

It’s YEARS too late for him to be a useful player for us
