Don't have the cap and he's at best 7/8 defenseman on TB.

In 2 seasons he played less than half TBs regular season games and less than 40% of playoff games here. Bogosian played more playoff games in 20 alone than Schenn did in 20 & 21 combined.

Perbix has been excellent

I still think JBB will trade for Schenn. But there's no way Perbix is being sent to Syracuse. He's really played well for TB. IIRC he recently got a contract extension.

He'd be an upgrade on the right for this year and probably sayonara. TB has decent RD prospects

Part of the reason he's the new shiny object until recently who thought Washington were going to be sellers? So no one thought he'd be available.
