Good deal all around in my opinion. Seattle has so much depth on the wing, I don't think Sprong can replicate his current performance on the 4th line there. Isles shed some salary and get back a decent scoring winger with some speed, Seattle gains much-needed draft capital. Win-win

Only issue is we're pretty deep at RW, especially if Barzal ends up playing RW with Horvat full-time when he's healthy. I'd rather re-sign Fasching than bring in Sprong. But I'd give up Bailey and the picks for Seattle to take on the contract. If you replace Sprong with Cale Fleury it's a better fit for NYI.
