Description

Jarventie on an absolute heater right now, 10 goals in his last 13 AHL games. Tim Stutzle elevates everyone he plays with and already produces a ton just with brady on his wing, this is the perfect spot to put one of our skilled prospects like him or Sokolov which allows us to spread the wealth and keep the Grieg-Giroux connection together hopefully giving us some more depth scoring (also wanna give Giroux less 5 on 5 as he gets older and keep him for the special teams). If I'm Pierre I'm telling DeBrincat there's no way in hell he deserves more than Stutzle so he can take 8.35 X whatever term or we'll give him his 9mil qualifying and most likely trade him at the deadline.

Gambrell honestly has some underrated hands and is complete money defensively, great responsible 4th liner who has nice chemistry with stutzle on the PK, bring him back.

JBD should be ready next year for at least 30-40 games, can give lassi some looks or even move branny to the right so klevin can play a few, D shouldn't be an issue as long as chabby bounces back next season.

Finally, Vejmelka is young, on a great contract, and has shown flashes of greatness behind an awful Arizona team, shouldn't take much to steal him from those pick hoarders.

I doubt he gets a first, I'd be willing to add a better prospect like a Mandolese or aspirot, maybe another 2nd round pick

I don't mind Mathieu Joseph as a player, but his Cap Hit absolutely kills any chance CGY would be interested. We already have Dube who is much better and cheaper. Talk to us when we can unload Coleman's contract and we might be able to discuss it then, but for at least the next 1.5 years, I don't see it happening

You need to find a Team with a ton of Cap Space if you want to unload him
