If you're at all interested in getting a reaction to the two remotely realistic trades here:

We wouldn't trade the superior RhD Sean Durzi for the inferior RhD Tim Liljegren. (An argument could have been made about Durzi for Rasmus Sandin based upon the teams' respective positional needs, but not this exchange.)

Even if the trade deadline hadn't passed, we wouldn't trade either RFA for UFA Wayne Simmonds, let alone both of them.

Honestly? Somehow, I don’t hate that trade for either team. Of course, neither team would ever consider that, but that’s not the point of this post.
