Nuge has been infinitely better as a winger, no idea why people still think it's a good idea to throw him at 3C with two bad wingers. I also don't think Kostin is good enough to play in the top 6 just yet.

Interesting take to put Broberg over Kulak. I really like Broberg and think he deserves a spot on the roster, scratching Kulak is probably too bold to actually happen though.

We haven't seen Bjugstad play wing yet and Foegele has been excellent, so I don't know what you're talking about.

Kostin has scored 7 of his 10 goals with Nugent-Hopkins as his center (in about 20% of his TOI) so while I agree he may not be a top-6 player there absolutely is good reason to run unicorns. What I don't understand is splitting up Kane - Draisaitl, as they've been excellent recently. If Woodcroft was going to move Yamamoto up to the McDavid line (with Hyman) I'd have Foegele playing with Kane & Draisaitl. I think that makes the most sense based on previous history.

Oh, and Nurse-Ceci is STILL the top pairing. That's not likely to change between now and the playoffs.

And Skinner is still the starter, not Campbell.

Kane and Yamamoto are rolling. They're setting up Draisaitl as much as he is them, so could make McDavid's game easier.

Putting Kostin on that line to take the abuse in front of the net instead of Hyman during extended zone time. Zach can get his shot from distance going, do his puck retrieval thing, and get banged up less. Leon will get passes to them and both could shoot more on the rush

Foegele has looked good while playing with better players. Bjugstad could take most of the face offs. Neither of Warren and Nick are terrible, c'mon. The centre is to be the most defensively responsible forward on a line, a talent of RNH's I believe is under utilized. Knowing they could run this line and them having some familiarity is a net gain.

Broberg gets more minutes to be ready incase and Kulak gets a little rest to be ready. Pretty simple that.

"Try Before Playoffs" Ekholm-Bouchard get more minutes 5v5 then Nurse-Ceci, and maybe Nurse more power play. Could be for just one game.

And Campbell gets at least one more start is all. I'm not saying he's the #1
