Seattle would definitely need a considerable more coming the other way, but I think this general framework could work well for both teams. not sure if it's really a Ron Francis type move though

I don't think Seattle would want to make extending Beniers this hard, as well as needing to sign Tolvanen and Eberle to extensions. Being at cap ceiling with this little flexibility ito sign FAs is probably not a good decision. I do really like the idea of Cat coming over though, just need a little more money for the rest of the guys
