I wouldn't put a large bet on this. The PA's representative has stated extending escrow in any way is a non-starter

Good luck on that. I don't see it going to $87,000,000 until the 2024/2025 NHL season. Bettman pretty much said that it's going to stay at the current $83,500,000 level for the 2023/2024 NHL season.

Its dependant on playoff revenue. The more series that go to game 6/7, the better. Round one was a cash cow for the owners with almost every series 6/7 games.
