I personally think you're better off keeping Hall and not signing 4th liner Miles Wood to a contract like that but hey that's just me. Also if the Bruins trade for Turcotte it's because they're going to play him in the NHL. ALSO you can't really afford Severson given that you only have one scratch and need two more.

You're overpaying Wood by about $1.5mil I think.

Also, I love what Grz does but you're going to lose him to FA. I would rather trade him in the offseason than lose him for nothing because they're not going to trade their 2LD at the TDL.

I like the thought of merkulov lysell and lohrei moving in but I question if some would leave school like lohrei going into his third year for example, and if they are ready. Also, what is the thinking on bertuzzi, orlov, hathaway, Greer and some of these players that have/habe had roster minutes. Just let them walk? I'd think they'd try to keep bertuzzi. And I think they'd look to keep hall as well. I'm a big fan of youth moving in but I can also see them using the experience of some guys to fill spots too like Greer, McLaughlin etc. Not that I agree or disagree with it but it seems to be the way the Bruins operate. Bergeron is a huge question mark and I can see him deciding either way.
    I was thinking the following
    Marchand ? Bertuzzi
    Debrusk Zacha Pastrnak
    Hall Coyle Frederic
    Greer Mclauglin Hathaway
    Lauko
    Merkulov, lysell, Beecher, Harrison, kuntar
    Lindholm McAvoy
    Grzelcyk Orlov
    ? ?
    Lohrei, Gallagher, Ahcan

Kings decline. I only say that because the trade only works for the Kings if they can get rid of Petersen which likely wont happen. If they can get someone to take Petersen id say deal to this for the Kings.

I wish ACGM would just stop sending LHDs to Montreal.

Habs already have Matheson, Guhle, Edmundson, Xhekaj and Harris in Montreal. Struble, (RFA) Beaudin, Norlinder and Trudeau in Laval. Hutson and Engstrom in the pipeline. There's ONE position where the Habs are set, it's LDs.

I hear ya, same for Sharks. We're early in the rebuild so we probably consider anyone, but LD is one of our smallest needs. Lots of proposals on here sending us C-level LD when that has super little value to us.... now RD on the other hand....

really like all the trades, especially the LAK one, but no way Hall waives his 16team NTC for SJ and u could get more than 2nd and 5th for him

4.5mil for a 3rd pair RD is a lot of money, cheaper options elsewhere
