So you want to turn Los Angeles into the kind of top-heavy team that Edmonton and Toronto have proven doesn't work?

No, thanks, we'll keep our five cornerstone pieces, each of whom will be in place for at least 5 more seasons.

By the way, I'm surprised to see that you didn't notice that your own construction doesn't work, either, because Gabe Vilardi is going to get at least $3 million when you re-sign him.

One of those trade proposals where you just get greedy and you put every possible asset the team has and include them all.

All of these Toronto trades are not happening. Toronto fans need to look for small realistic adjustments. GMs are not going to be giving away the farm to help Toronto.

What would you ask for in exchange for a Top 10 to 20 player in the league who is a perennial 90-100 point guy and a SELKE finalist.

Probably starts with a blue chip prospect. Choose one of Byfield or Clarke, a solid roster player pick one of Roy or Villardi, and 1st round pick. You could tweak it slightly from there.
