Washington would be asking for more, especially if you're taking Pittsburgh's boogeyman.

Edit: Just saw that it was Marner, not Nylander (Idk why I read Nylander at first) but you would still have to add at least a pick or two or a bottom 6 guy before Washington would probably agree.

Marner would be nice but Wilson is not part of the deal, he wants to stay in Washington.

Not nearly enough for Marner. Mantha is pretty much a negative asset so this is giving Marner for Wilson straight up. I adore Wilson but he's not worth Marner

I would think the Caps need to add the 2024 1st, a 2nd, and prolly a prospect.
