I doubt you need those sweetners for moving Myers and Garland should fetch more than a 4th (he is overpaid- but not by a lot).
Chicago and Arizona are going to struggle to get to the cap floor, short contracts will be attractive if they can get young assets in return, realistically theyre 3 or 4 years away from a playoff spot. Anaheim isnt far ahead of them either.

Gavrikov and Dumba will be in demand and wont come cheap- I highly doubt Van is wanting to spend 5+mill on a bottom pairing dman. Getting 1 top 4 dman via UFA would be great- 2 will be nearly impossible, especially if OEL is still on the roster.
