    Leafs and Bruins about to rebuild. Tampa getting worse too. Its Sens and Sabres time. Detroit in 2 years

    Pionk isn’t a fit in Buffalo. He needs PP time to get his points and he wouldn’t get that in Buffalo. No sense in adding what they can’t fit in.

    This still isn’t a top 3 divisional team either. Top 6 has too many question marks with Krebs and Quinn, and the goaltending is sketchy at best. Not things that make you compete for a division spot - wild card maybe, but not a top 3 spot.

    Still not top 3 worthy, by the 2025-26 season I could see it, but not now

    Leafs are not rebuilding. There’s a huge difference between making a change and tearing it down. You don’t tear down a top 5 team that’s in its prime. They’ll make changes, yes. But by absolutely no measures are they rebuilding.
