Where is UPL? And they are bringing Okposso back if not he and Girgensons. I think they run 3 goalies UPL Comrie and Levi for 1st 10 games and see how it goes. Unless UPL or Comrie have a great preseason

UPL will never clear waivers and get to Roch. Some team would pick him up. Also Okposso needs 16 games for 1000. He will be here next year. Sabres will do him right and get his 1000 in Blue and Gold

He has to clear waivers. Unless he is traded over the summer he will be here for camp. One more year of 3 to start in net and see where it goes from there. Adams believes in Comrie and UPL.

I like your lineup. I think Kulich and Savoie make team. Okposso 13th Fwd and Rousek your 1st call up. They need to get 2 D from trade or FA and I think Adams gives the 3 goalies a battle to see who wants to play every night. He loves competition from within.

Dumba and mikkola make the team worse. Idk why he still carries the rep that he's good. He's gotten worse in terms of value added each year. Stillman is way better than mikkola too.

I don't know much about Mikkola, I thought he was a decent third pair player. Dumba has gone down offensively but was decent defensively last season and has changed his style of play. There is even an article about it.

Then why is he interested in Helle? He was looking for the number one goaltender before (Swayman, Gibson, Murray). Going with Comrie and UPL is a big risk of missing the playoffs again.

Changing his style of play to go from offensively gifted/defensively inept to the exact opposite doesnt increase his value to the team though. Defensive d-men earn their designation by providing more value defensively than they give back offensively. Demelo is a good example of that. below average offensively, but exception defensively, the latter outpaces the former and the difference between the two is his value add to the team. Dumba isn't doing that.

Mikkola isnt a good third pair guy. He was bottom 10 percentile in pretty much every category at even strength.

Well, at first I was also very skeptical about Dumba, but now I have changed my mind a little, he has balanced his game, although he is no longer so bright in attack, but he has improved in defense, I think this is not the worst option on the market.

Well then, we probably don't need Mikkola, although I would like to find someone to compete with Stillman, because a good depth of defense makes a lot of sense, we saw that last season.

I dont believe he's balanced his game, he's just traded one inefficient style of play for another. All defense no offense guys arent better than their counterparts. Two sides of the same coin. It'd be a really underwhelming add.

I think KA was looking for a #1 because he wasn’t sure what he had in Levi and when he was going to be ready. Now that Levi had a very small sample size but showed he can play here if he tightens up his D it will help the Goaltending out. When Sammy was healthy and all D healthy Comrie wasn’t bad. Sure he had a bad night here and there but he was also hurt. I think KA gets 2 D and runs 3 Goalies to start (unless one Comrie or UPL have great Preseason).
