Avs bottom 6 improved

Description

Maybe not the most realistic. Barbashev probably commands more. But the Avs bottom 6 really struggled towards the end of the season. And into the playoffs. 0 points from that bottom 6. Drouin 29 points last year. Heinen 22 and Ritchie (who also hits a lot) 26 points. The Avs don't have a ton of valuable assets to move for a 2C. So I decided just to do FA Signings and really shore up that bottom 6. Do you think any of these are realistic targets for the Avs? I like this bottom 6 for them. Let me know your thoughts!

I like the idea of Drouin but he isn’t a center if you’re rolling the dice on him you stick him in the top 6 maybe even with MacK and see if he can reclaim some magic. If you can’t find somebody cheaper than that in the bottom 6 than Ritchie you aren’t looking hard enough.

Thanks for the input! I like Drouin to the Avs as well. He may thrive in a less pressure market. And yeah I just picked Ritchie because I think he'd suit our bottom 6. Really physical. Can put up points. But you're right, there probably are cheaper options out there. Especially for the 4th line. Maybe even internal options.
