Arizona still needs to pay these guys. And for a team playing out of a college rink that might be hard...

EDIT: Also Nashville passes. No real need to make that move.

$27M in cap on IR making $14.25M in real money is a good deal for them. This team saves them a lot of money. having a lot of guys on 1 year deals also opens the door to many in-season transactions

Murray's a more expensive downgrade on Lankinen. Välimäki could be a bit of an upgrade on Lauzon, but not one that'd be worth those draft picks.
