Keller is worth that now, but since it's a lateral move for the team it wouldn't make sense to do it because in a few years the players they gave up will be much better. I would throw 3 unprotected firsts at Arizona for him with no retention.

Not sure how those three unprotected 1sts help your cap situation. Moving roster players would.

NYR's cap troubles are overblown. They might have a slight squeeze this season that can be solved by buying out/trading Goodrow but the cap should be going up substantially next year and the following years. Trading Goodrow is a less cap consious move than buying him out would be since the buyout give NYR 400k more in AAV for the next two seasons than trading him would, punting the minimal remaining costs to years when the cap is much higher. Though, it seems like simply getting rid of that deal will get them to where they need to be cap wise.

My point was that Keller is worth that by himself without additional consideration. If you want to transfer salary, I'd imagine it would cost more on top of that.

I'm talking this year alone. You are trading Goodrow heren and still only have a 21 man roster with less than a minimum salary left.
