You should find out who Gabe Vilardi is.

The Qualifying Offer for all of the other RFAs is $787,500 except for Bjornfot and Kupari ($874,125) and MacEwen ($971,250), which seems like nitpicking but it's not because Vilardi is getting at least $2 million more than you show and Arizona isn't doing that, thus the cap situation is far more critical than it appears from this construction.
