if they can get good goaltending this year they are the most improved team in the division. bruins and leafs are kinda primed for regression, and lets not forget that tampa and florida's point totals would not have been enough to make the playoffs last year either. the team w the most potential is buffalo, but the favorite to win the division will probably be toronto again depending on what they do in the offseason

this team is young fast and can dominate games. last year was just showing their upside if they can mature, which a years time can do. their defense is more than capable, they are relying on Levi to blossom, most likely

I'm just saying it's a an overpayment by about $1-1.5m

He has to clear waivers. No way Adams tries that. He is 24 with potential. The only way we get a goalie is if we trade one out. I think Adams starts with 3 unless Comrie or UPL have a great training camp.

The winners of the Atlantic division are losers, at least if they are also President Trophy winners.

Atlantic division 1st seeds:
2023: Boston (President's Trophy) lost in 1st RD in 7
2022: Flr (President's Trophy) lost in 2nd RD in 4
2019: TB (President's Trophy) lost in 1st RD in 4
2018: TB lost in 3rd RD in 7
2017: MTL lost in 1st RD in 6

Although, if Flr wins the cup this year, abd Boston next, then maybe Buffalo would want to win the President's Trophy/Atlantic.

I can see them try to send Comrie down if UPL has a good camp and if someone claims Comrie they do
If they go after a ufa I like Varlamov Freddy Anderson Jones or Jarry ahead of Raanta. And they have the cap to overpay for 1 year
