RoR would be a great for the Devils but he likely wouldn't agree to only a two year deal.
Devils aren't really in any position to offer RoR more term than two years either so therefore I can't see it happening.
Haula, who's likely to resign, will be fine as 3C anyway.

ROR would be a wonderful add for the team, but I highly doubt it happens. Haula most likely brought back at 3C at a cheaper cost.

Just to add, the Devils don't want to mess their cap when in the summer of 2024, Dawson and Schmid might be deserving of big raises
