Seriously, they lose their guy who plays with Karlsson, but his contract is huge, and it isn't a huge loss. And Vegas actually probably doesn't take him over Wideman or Ryan.

Losing Claesson would be worse than losing Methot. Losing Methot can be replaced by another lock down defenseman like Karl Alzner likely for less money too.
