I'm trying to match up those given values for the Vegas package and it seems very, very low. Especially for a perennial 20-30 goal scorer like Neal. That deal wouldn't likely go through even if there weren't any other teams also vying for those players.

Probably need to throw in another 1st and another Tier 1 prospect to get Neal (retained), Manson, Methot, and Raanta.

I think Trouba is a really good Dman but it seems everybody values him as the next Lidstrom. He is good but a good, young roster player and a first should do the trick.

Manson will not be taken by Vegas. The Ducks arranged a side deal with Vegas before the trade freeze so that Manson will not be taken. So please everyone stop trying to acquire Manson. So the only way your getting Manson is through a trade with the DUCKS, which would have to take a supreme overpay for the Ducks to consider moving him. In the case of the Jets the offer would have to be sending a player like Ehlers to ANA to get them to move him. The only reason he is unprotected is because once the Ducks made a deal with Vegas they did not need to buyout Bieksa and thus, allows them to save money next year.

Damn Truenorth, I think your overpaying for the hype. Methot 2 months ago was not worth all that much. His recent high value has been artificially fabricated by the media and what not. same goes for Raanta. Yeah he's a potential starter in the NHL. So are Hallebucyk and Hutchinson and Comrie. Neal? 1 year left of him. Manson is the best piece here but once again a piece WPG doesn't need. If your getting Manson to play on your 3rd pairing than he's a waste.
