Description

DeBrincat signs long term deal to facilitate a 3 way trade to Detroit. Ottawa trades DeBrincat, Joseph and Dylan Ferguson to Phil for Carter Hart and Scott Laughton. (Sens use the freed-up cap space to sign either UFA Connor Brown or Michael Bunting). Flyers flip DeBrincat to Det for NYI Ist Rd (17th OAP), Zadina and McIsaac.

I really hope we can get at least a 2nd in this deal. Also no to signing Brown back for that much. Would rather get someone like Jesper Fast for cheaper.

Seriously overvaluing Hart here. Ottawa would be better off trading DeBrincat for the package from Detroit.

I think Detroit would jump at that deal. I agree with Minnachu , 4 mill for Brown is a stretch , would like to see him back but if not Fast is a good alternative. Philly gets a good haul as well, not sure Zadina is their preferred target but overall not bad.

if OTT is trading cat to DET in a 3 way they will want Konecny, not a 3rd liner in Laughton
