Not a huge fan as the middle of the ice for the Habs is a major issue that wasn't addressed.

I'm thinking Montreal is going to make it so Vegas takes Plekanec and Montreal should hop on the Martin Hanzal train for free agency and do make it deeper sign Brian Boyle to a cheap 2 yr deal would be fantastic.

If Montreal also loses Emelin to Vegas in some wizardry by MB as well that's even better because Karl Alzner is available, Shattenkirk and other options on the back end for the same price.

I would be at the very least satisfied with this. I rather this than crazy changes that would sell off players at low value like Galchenyuk etc.

With the fire power up front, I don't like the Daley fit at all. Need a puck mover to get the offense up ice. At least a defenseman that can skate.....

Pawning Plekanec to Vegas and not Emelin is gonna give u more cap flex to find that guy. And that all depends on how squirrelly McPhee gets.......
