Probably not, because Carlsson most likely plays in the SHL again next season. But otherwise probably, but most metro teams are playoff teams or close

Doesn't matter if he has an SHL contract. SHL contracts have NHL out-clauses. NHL teams also have more control of first rounders out of Sweden.
