canes arent moving Necas for Debrincat. We would add Debrincat to our top 6 because he can score but he isnt a big body scorer that is worthy of moving Necas for. Necas scored more goals than Cat this year.

Canes will look to ADD to their forward ranks, rather than trade or swap up/out. The idea is to bring in some scoring muscle along with people like Aho, Svech, Jarvis, Necas. That's the mistake I see everyone making with these trades. Only exception would be if we're trading for an elite. Otherwise, we need guys like Necas and Jarvis for our future. And Necas will be fine.

No thanks on that Bert deal. I like the player when healthy but no way would I commit to that kind of deal to somebody with some serious injury history with his style of play.

I like Cat but assume he wants more. Also think Canes would try to structure a deal for him without Necas or Jarvis. Maybe turbo and some other pieces.
