I’m tired of seeing Montreal acgms where they give almost nothing for a trade up, so I’m gonna make a realistic one. Fantili would easily go first in many other drafts but just cuz he’s behind Bedard people think he’s not that good

Everyone knows Fantilli is going to/should be a great player. But this is quite the overpay and/or just doesn't make sense to give up all those assets, MTL easily passes.

0 realism here. MTL declines in a heartbeat. I wouldn't trade Slaf + 5th for 2nd. Slaf was picked 1st for a reason, and that's because he has the potential to be a top 3 power forward in the league. Then you got the 4 other pieces that we'll just ignore that you putted, but making the over pay even worse

And it also doesn’t make sense for Anaheim to trade down this is just a response to all the terrible trade ups I’ve seen
