Ah yes, the classic original 6 we have more cups argument.

11 cups in 97 years, and in the first 44 of those years, they had a 1 in 6 chance to win... very convincing.

Regarding Toews, sure Vancouver can sign him via UFA.. but you also need to convince him to sign in Vancouver over the 31 other teams in the league.. im sure Vancouver has a lot to offer, on and off the ice.

Dude isn’t making the Avs and Toews is significantly better than Hronek, SIGNIFICANTLY. Only 7 other dmen in the league averaged as much ice time and had more points and one was Makar. 1 yr of Toews is worth so much more than 3 maybe pieces in a few years. Easy fast no.
