Description
These are all the moves the Florida Panthers should do going into next season.

The trade for Scheifele is fair considering he only has 1 year left on his deal, the Florida Panthers need an upgrage from Sam Bennett if they want to be contendors again next season and despite the possible bad blood between Paul Maurice and Scheifele, I see this trade being the best and most beneficial for both teams. With Guzda looking pretty good Spencer Knight becomes a little more expendable and Denisenko might benefit from a change of scenery. (I`ll explain why this is a good trade for Winnipeg when I publish their team)

In free agency Florida will retool their defense. I don`t think they`ll be able to improve but, make a type of lateral move, Gostisbehere and Ekman-Larsson would probably jump at the chance to play in Florida not only because of weather, taxes and the solid forward depth but, the top 4 minutes that should be available to start the season with Ekblad most likely out to start with all the injuries he suffered. They should also give Kinnunen a chance in the NHL, he`s earned a chance to prove it with his play in the minors.
Up front I think adding a veteran in van Riemsdyk who can on occasion take the beating infront of the net usually reserved for Tkachuk will be good.
To round out what I think could be one of the best lines in the league, Florida gives Heponiemi an extended chance in the NHL with 2 star players who should make the game easier for him to help produce offense.
In net with limited options I think Quick would love to backup Bobrovsky, who has been very inconsistent during his time in Florida, Quick could see more playing time there than on any other team.

Loustarinen is worth north than scheffile by himeself. Is is beyond lopsided. Also bennet is far more superior than him with his defensive and physical play.

Jets accept.

Just a little bit of a overpay by Florida.

Yeah, I think when trying to get a star player you need to overpay a little bit but, it`s a trade the Panthers can live with.

No you take away their center depth along with their only high pick for 3 years plus a goalie who could be the future depending for a 30 center who will hate playing for Maurice again. Now morriessy is a players the panthers need tahts the only thing the panthers need this summer.

You`re definitely trolling me but, the center depth is fine. if they land Scheifele they still have Barkov and Lundell, losing Bennett won`t hurt them. He might hate Maurice but, hopefully he`s a pro and plays well despite who his coach is, the current Panthers seem to like him maybe a different locker room will help the relationship. They have a young promosing goalie in Guzda so losing Knight won`t hurt them either and clearing his cap hit and moving out a guy with mental or addictive problems will help the team.
If I`m Winnipeg, nothing the Panthers offer me outside of Tkachuk will get me to trade Morrissey.

I’m not trolling. Lundell has been wing on Loustarinen line. Panthers have zero need for scheifele. He only brings offense to the team which we have plenty of. Defense is the problem. Gudza is not that good either. Knight has a promising future still there’s no trading to give him away for nothing. We have a lot of cap space and no one to sign this season unless we want gudas back. So this trade hurts them mkre cause it it’s hurt their depth more than helping. We’ll give you denisenko duclair and a second for him and that’s about all well offer. We dont need him

100% troll job. Lundell is the Center not Lustorainen, you just needed to watch the games to know that. Have a good day though.

My bad it switched for the playoffs but they rotated a lot. Loustarinen is the better defensive player and centered that third line the last two years until they found their grove

Sure Lustorainen was maybe the Center 2 years ago, I'm not sure but, I'm 90% sure Lundell was the 3rd line Center most of, if not the whole of last year and this past one. Reinhart and Lustorainen might take some faceoffs but, they usually switch after that.
