penguins are already weak on LHD, and I doubt Canucks trade their 1st rounder unless they're moving down.

Canucks probably have to add Rathbone on that MP trade. Or trade for Brian Dumolin's rights.

I think the Canucks wont trade the 2023 first for Pesce, but I can see the 24 first, and other assets being used.

11OA is a nice starting point, but a pick to select a player that probably doesn’t even help the team for 2-3 years isn’t much of an incentive to move Pesce right now. Another quality piece would need to be added.

If Pesce was going to take 5 years, I think he’d already have agreed to that with the Canes.
