Jackets don’t need wingers. Any trade involving wingers are a no go. Garland has no value.

Garland probably has decent value now that the Canucks aren't in cap hell anymore. Still don't need him in Columbus though.

They are still in cap hell. They just pushed it back a year. But it only is compounded when having to dole out a new contract for EP40. Garland is a dime a dozen.

No, they aren't in cap hell. Even though OEL hurts us long term, the cap increase + cap savings from the buyout give us quite a bit of room to work with. Beauvillier and Myers also expire the same year Pettersson needs a new contract so thats another 10 mil freed up
