I like this proposal, Pens get a true #1 and Wpg gets a good Goalie with 2 prospects with potential and a handful of draft capital.. that's all Wpg can really hope for for a player who wants out.

Too much quantity and not much quality. No from Winnipeg.

Helly wants to go to a team on the upswing and extend for a shot at the cup. Unlikely he's willing to extend in Pittsburgh.

The question is whether WPG can get a better offer.... and while it is possible, I am not sure it will be with a team looking to win in the next 3 years
