yep, seems like the most logical place for EK to go. He wouldn't be replacing an offensive D on SEA's lineup like he would with other destinations and you'd think he would waive for SEA for both compete and also it being a great place to live, albeit a bit more cold and rainy. I wonder though if Francis is going to give up prospects and picks because they're 100% not operating like Vegas's model

I don't think (hope) that Francis would break the bank on adding EK. To acquire him would definitely be a bold move, but it could also be the one move that both diminishes their organizational depth and puts them in cap hell in coming seasons.
