Bc they move down only one spot and grab another first round pick. They don't need center, they can move down one spot and get better value to draft a winger or even trade down again to the Coyotes and grab more high end picks and easily draft michkov. Theres no point in picking a player in a position you don't need instead of picking another very skilled player and getting massive amounts of value
