Matthews is quite easily the most overrated player in the league if he were to ever put up numbers like draisaitl Toronto media would consider him better than McDavid.

Once upon a time, in a land far, far away.... this comes close to making some sense....BUT EDM has to throw more into the pot to get 2 firsts

Not a TML so totally unbiased... you are smoking some good stuff on this one. Matthews for Draisatl straight up would be debatable. $5.7 million in retention would cost a 1st round pick at least. THEN you also throw in two 1st round picks. No way Toronto even responds to that nonsense.

Toronto says HELL NO!! Mathews is a way better player then Draisital.. Leon is only as great as he is because of playing along side McDavid for all these years.. Only Edmonton fans would think Draisital would be worth Mathews and 2 1st round picks... Flip the situation around and Toronto might take on Leon with Edmonton giving up 2 1st rounders but I highly doubt it.. Leon will be in a RANGERS uniform next year once Edmonton bow's out early in the playoffs again..

If draisaitl never scored a single goal in the playoffs he would still have more pts than matthews in less GP

You should be embarrassed that you think matthews is better than draisaitl. draisaitl literally has the third highest PPG in the playoffs all time yes all time make sure u read that right and don’t ignore the fact matthews is literally .75ppg in the playoffs literally half of draisaitls PPG
