I could not add in draft picks, and Debrincat is a player Philly could use for scoring. Rebuilding, yes, but we still need some decent forwards. The three players though will age well for the rebuild and gives a top 4 defenceman for Phill with a top-line LW.

As for the Sens not being close, you may want to listen to some experts; even without Debrincat, they have a stacked top 6, and their top 4 D is probably one of the best in the league now with Chycryun

Not sure Pinto would want a 6x$4M deal, and OTT is probably better off giving him 2x$2.5M and upgrading on a winger.
Julien Gauthier could be had for $800k on a single year deal as a 13th fwd.
