NSH would decline that. Giving up Fabbro and taking Myers' full cap hit is too much to move up a few spots at that point in the draft.

They can move Myers in a different deal then

I don't see NSH giving up Fabbro to move from #15 to #11, unless someone unexpected has dropped that far (ie Michkov). There's not a big drop off in quality of prospects in that range.
