Pittsburgh will not trade the only prospect they have.
I personally think Lindholm is worth more than that but, I`m a Flames fan so I might be biased.
The other 2 trades are pretty fair.
Your lineup is a little all over the place IMO, isn`t it better for Zary`s development to play 1st line in the AHL instead of the 4th
Wouldn`t you want to Coronato and Pelletier on lines with one of Kadri or Huberdeau so they can have someone to make plays with?
Ruzicka is 24 and played well last year why is he a scratch and not in the Top 6?
Why is Kylington below Stillman?

I would do this from a Sabres perspective.

Didnt put too much stock into the lines tbh. Not really sure where any of those guys line up.

In terms of the Pitt trade, they are firmly in win now mode and dont really care about that, plus they get young-ish veterans - a top pair D and a #1A goalie for a fair price.
As for the Colorado trade, I feel like its quite fair, as Newhook can easily be a 2C long term, maybe the Avs send another pick out

Newhook might have potential, I just don`t see it. I think he`s decent 3rd line center max, my opinion.
Vladar is good, I wouldn`t call him a #1 yet, maybe in 2-3 years.
Pittsburgh definitely cares about having prospects, they do want to win but, they want to build up the prospects before Crosby, Letang and Malkin retire.
That`s why they have kept Poulin (he fell off a bit but, is apparently depressed) and the 1st pick last year that became Pickering, they won`t trade 1st rounders.

No, he's kinda right on the Pens deal. It's a really big package for Hanifin and I don't think the Pens would need to give up Pickering and the 14th pick for Hanifin unless a massive bidding war for him breaks out.
And I'm pretty bearish on Vladar, enough so that I think DeSmith is better. No real need for him, and there are other young guys I'd rather bet on if the Pens go that route.

He was a decent 3rd line center in his 2nd pro year at 21 or 22 years old. His most common linemates were LOC and Cogs lol. I wouldn't be so sure of that ceiling
