Knies alone is not going to be enough and Timmins and Robertson are of basically no interest to the Capitals. This offer is not good enough and would be beaten by other teams but at the end of the day the Capitals aren’t trading Wilson.

im not sure id give knies for wilson, hes good and tough but he also has a hard time staying healthy. i dont think the leafs should add him

A hard time staying healthy? That’s stupid. Wilson has had one significant injury in his career and outside that has been fully healthy essentially his whole career.

That is not what you said (you literally said he has a hard time staying healthy) and it has nothing to do with how well his game will age throughout his contract. You’re grasping at straws to try to devalue the guy and it’s pathetic.

Yeah caps should take that but prolly don’t. Knies is awesome. He’s the last player Toronto should move. He will be a good top 6 forward this season and is so cheap.
