Good idea but I think Olofsson ends up being a rental so probably leave him out.

That’s fair but I also see him helping more even if he is just a rental in case paciorettys injury problems are still keeping him out for a lot of the season

I think they already stated that Pacioretty and Puljujarvi won't be coming back but there's probably a project or two that they can sign in FA at those price points. So, maybe Olofsson as an insurance policy isn't necessary. Although, maybe they should consider bringing in Barbashev depending on the price if they want a bit more certainty.

Barby-Lindholm-Necas would probably be a nice line.

I do def like that line tho barby would be one of the most expensive UFAs this off-season so it would def create more problems for signing Aho/Hanifin/Lindholm/Jarvis/Pesce/Necas/Teuvo(tho teuvo is probs gone)

Olofsson is a negative value player and wouldn’t play for Carolina. He sure wouldn’t play on anyone’s shutdown line. Also carolina wouldn’t extend either Lindholm so this becomes a bad deal quickly.
