No way the Leafs do that Winnipeg trade. Fans don't appreciate how good Samsonov was last season, and to trade him for one year Helly really doesn't work Leafs don't really need one year of Schefeile.
And to then to trade two RHD with term (especially Liljgren) would be a no from the Leafs. And to include to include Robertson and a first too?
Brodie is almost untradable to team that would take on his 5m cap. Gee, just sign a UFA, like the this post did.
Don't think the Flames do the exchange of of two good players for Nylander....and extensions are really impractical in any conversation.

Liligren is not what we need to win comes playoffs he is trash
Also Robertson is also not a good fit for us won’t get play time with us samsonov is good I agree but I think he will be Murray 2.0 with the injuries
We need a mix of shutdown D and moving puck D
With Brodie we can buy him out but I think he still has value out there on some other team
Just not physical enough for me comes playoffs
