He is pretty brutal. Terrible defensively, terrible offensively. The only thing he’s somewhat good at anymore is passing

Depends on the role and system. He still has great playmaking ability, but Pittsburgh was asking him to be an agressive forechecker, PK'er... but he also struggled big time to generate any offense here. He was a really bad fit and everyone in Pittsburgh knew it, but Hextell lol.
