Hellebuyck would be awesome, but I think Dubas has made it known he is less likely to part with a first round pick and top prospect.

Hellebuyck's next contract (he is 30 years old) is another part of the equation that does not add up.

I think with the projected rise in the cap next year along with pending UFA's in Carter and Wheeler, it would hopefully free up enough for a Hellebuyck and Guentzel extension

I could see the Bruins accepting that deal. Not a big POJ fan, but two former 1st rd picks, a future 2nd, and a 3rd in this year's draft seem like relatively fair value for Grzelcyk and Hall.

I like the deals myself, the only caveat would be that Helly would have to take less than $8 mil/year. Hes getting up in age, although, i guess in 5 years when Sid/Geno/Letang retire who cares what his cap hit is.
