Pageau would be a great 3C addition, 100%.. for a top prospect? Not a chance. & that’s a contract that New York would likely retain on if he’s traded within the next 2 seasons. He’s not worth that much of the cap.

Leafs have lacked grit in the playoffs so Acciari and Schenn aren't re-signed. This team is softer than butter in the oven.

Adding a 6’5” defensemen and 6’4” winger but no grit added

top prospect on toronto is different than top prospect. his high end outcome is a good 3C

Doesn’t matter. He still isn’t worth Minten when Pageau is about $1.5m overpaid.

Mantha averages 1 hit a game. Soucy averages just over 1.5 hits a game. Not really what l would call physical players.
