If we are to free up space for the new coach would anyone consider trading Chytil and if so what would be a realistic return?

To be honest, there are a few other guys that the Rangers should look to trade before considering Chytil. But, if they did go this route, a realistic return is a 1st round pick and more. There is true value in Flip Chytil.

A comparable, Montreal just recently acquired forward Alex Newhook from Colorado, in return for a couple draft picks from this past 2023 draft, a 1st (31st overall), a 2nd (37th overall) and a prospect that was previously drafted in the 3rd round.

I doubt Chytil has any real value around the league until more is known about his injury. Will he ever be able to pass a physical?
