Seattle counters with a 3rd. Can't see giving up a 2nd for what looks to be a career AHL'er. He might be better but his numbers aren't translating to that yet.

I had Garland as the better prospect so a third in a pretty deep draft class would be ok

Have we seen any hint that they're considering buying him out? It's obviously the right thing to do, but I haven't seen anything about it.

I like to check out Rangers AGM pages to see what the expected salary for Lafreniere is, and its always in the 2.5 million ballpark.

I'm an Ottawa fan and would like to see the sens offer sheet Laf for about 4.2 million, the compensation would only be a 2nd round pick

They might need to if they want to extend Miller and fill out the rest of the lineup

Rangers accept. Hell we would accept a bag of used pucks for him but at kidding aside, any mid round pick would suffice.

Nobody is giving a 4th round pick for Harpur, Minnesota declines, much better options out there than Hellberg, no to Kampf.
