Per Elliotte Friedman, Glass and Carrier are the only RFAs that will be qualified, and Galchenyuk won’t be signed.

Also, FWIW, I don’t see Sissons getting bought out, certainly not with this much cap space.

NSH isn't looking to shop Saros anyway. Lebrun reported that NSH wasn't shopping him and that he will likely be remaining in NSH.

FWIW, I don't see this team not having Evangelista in the starting lineup. Likely sitting on that 3rd line for now and Cole Smith goes back to the AHL.
