What would be good for Wilson that doesn’t involve the core 4? I think we keep them together for another year only reason we lost last year was because we played bobrovsky who was randomly unstoppable

Looks like the Leafs found out the same thing the Capitals already knew just a few years too late. Samsonov will fold when you need him most in the POs.

As for Tom Wilson. If the “Core 4” are off the table the Leafs don’t have the necessary assets to trade for Wilson, simple as that. I’d love to hear what other trash the Leafs fans propose for Wilson but Let’s Just Not. Wilson isn’t available.

GMBM has publicly said 3 times in the last week he will not move Wilson and has told every team no.

It would start with Knies who is the last person Toronto should move.

If he was moved (5% chance at best) it would be a massive overpay and not worth it to whoever acquires him
