I think there would be a taker for Hoffman at 50% salary ($2,250,000). Dadanov just resigned at that cap hit for 2 yesrs and Hoffman had as many points as Johansen but makes half as much.

Why does Dvorak need to be traded?

If he made 1M less would you say he's fine at 3.5M?

he doesnt need to be traded but he might if beck has as good a camp as he did last year.. however he is good insurance in case of injuries.....probably would only happen after camp and we see what players are injured all over the league
